We pack each order with the greatest care and forward it to DHL / Deutsche Post. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (if items are in stock). We ship from Germany. You will get a tracking number for your item. Delivery times: Germany 2-3 days, Europe 5-10 days, Rest of World 10-21 days. You'll receive tracking information once shipped. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery in exceptional cases.
