What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for manufacturing defects or shipping damage. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Please contact us with photos before returning anything - this helps us resolve issues quickly and efficiently. Signed items are collectibles and cannot be returned, but if something is broken of course we would like to offer a second product. Digital downloads are final once the download begins.
How do I return an item?
Contact us at label.waltersgarage@gmail.com within 14 days after item arrival with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll guide you through the return process. Please package items securely for return shipping - this protects your refund eligibility. If it is in worse conditions than before, we cannot refund it unfortunately. Our small business is not yet able to be liable for all the steps included in a refund process.
How do refunds work?
We process refunds within 14 days of receiving returned items using your original payment method. Original shipping costs are included only if the return is due to our error. All returned items are inspected to ensure they meet return conditions.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase before processing begins. Once shipped, our return policy applies.
Do you offer exchanges?
We offer exchanges for variants of the same item when available, primarily for manufacturing defects or shipping errors.

We have shipped in many countries in the Europe, as well as Canada and USA. Our packaging has also improved due to customer feedback in the past.
